The business was started by David Barker in 2011 after a career working for planning consultancies and developers.
David is assisted by Susanna Sanlon who is an Associate Director, based in Tunbridge Wells, and a strong team as well as external consultants.
Our aim is to provide specialist planning advice that is focussed on achieving our clients’ aims. We will provide professional advice at the start of a project to ensure that clients have the correct strategy and then throughout the project ensure that our clients’ aims are realised.
Our client list has expanded every year and the majority of our new work comes to us through personal recommendation. Our clients include house builders, private developers, architects, surveyors, solicitors and private individuals. We work with committed and professional project teams which include architects, highways consultants, ecologists, environmental consultants and noise consultants.
