Planning Approval for Six Bespoke Houses in Picturesque Village

Evolution Town Planning has secured planning permission for the development of Six houses in a prominent position within the scenic village of Belchamp St Paul.  JAP Architects (Clare, Suffolk) designed an attractive, traditionally styled development which will significantly improve the character of the Conservation Area as they will replace a dilapidated house and unattractive garage buildings.  Whilst the Local Planning Authority pushed for a reduction in the number of houses on the site, Evolution Town Planning was able to negotiate on behalf of the Land Owner and Developer to secure planning permission for six houses which was essential to ensure the viability of the scheme.
