Approval of Housing in East Riding

We are pleased to have gained planning consent for 30 homes in the East Riding of Yorkshire. We started the process by obtaining an allocation for around 24 homes in the Local Plan for the site which is on the edge of South Cave. This was followed by an Outline application for 30 homes, and then a successful Reserved Matters application to deliver a market ready site for house builders. The key issues were addressing site drainage, highways issues, and delivering a design at a suitably high density to ensure a quality and viable scheme.
