840 New Homes in Kent

We have had a very positive month with planning applications being granted from a commercial change of use on an agricultural estate in Rutland to an application for the erection of  840  homes, a primary school, doctor’s surgery and significant road improvements in Kent. The Kent application is the largest that we have been involved with and we advised the landowners on planning strategy over a number of years. The application site had been an area protected from development for many years. The opportunity to create a relief road to address local traffic congestion was key to unlocking the site and gaining the support of the local councils.
