Planning Approval for 41 Homes and a Village Hall

We have obtained planning consent for 41 homes and a new village hall in a village in Maldon District. The site was outside the village settlement boundary and included a small area of Parish Council owned sports field. The majority of the land was owned by a local farmer. Detailed discussions with Sport England secured their support for the development of an area of Parish Council owned sports pitches. The development of the Parish land facilitated the upgrading of the principle outdoor pitches belonging to the Parish and the building of a new village hall. The support of Maldon Planning Officers and Councillors was obtained by delivering a sustainable and well-designed development on what was a sensitive and prominent site.
