Newmarket Town Centre Masterplan

We were very pleased to have been asked to advise a longstanding and successful Newmarket landowner and developer on the preparation of a Vision that sets out ways to improve Newmarket town centre. Our client is committed to improving the town and is proactive in delivering the Vision. The document is titled A Vision for Newmarket Town Centre. We advised on planning, master planning and landscape issues. The document sets out a number of ideas to improve the town centre such as ways to reduce traffic on the high street and ways to improve the public realm. The Vision will be used to influence and inspire local organisations to deliver improvements to the town.
