Its been an excellent few weeks at Evolution Town Planning with a significant number of approvals. Last week we gained a resolution to grant at planning committee for 75 holiday homes. As scheme which involved close working with planning officers and Natural England to address ecology and landscape issues. In addition we have had approvals for barn conversions, commercial changes of uses, commercial buildings, infill housing development and leisure development. We have also been involved in several Local Plan Examinations where we have gained amendments to Local Plan policies for clients.
