Planning Committee Approval Gained for 90 Homes

We have gained approval at planning committee for 90 homes in Sussex. Working for an agricultural estate the approval is the result of work on the Local Plan and the submission of a planning application. We took a strategic approach to assessing and realising the development potential of the estate’s land when we were first instructed. This resulted in a Local Plan allocation and a successful planning approval for 95 homes elsewhere on the estate’s land five years ago.
