New Housing in Walsham-le-Willows

An outline application with all matters reserved has been approved by Mid Suffolk District Council for the erection of up to 22 new houses within the village of Walsham-le-Willows.
The application was approved by the Mid Suffolk Planning Committee in March 2018. At the same Planning Committee another large planning application was deferred within the same village.
Careful pre application discussions with planning officers and liaison with the local community gave the Planning Committee confidence to approve the application without the need to appeal.
