Planning Consent has been granted for a new furniture showroom in Western Way in Bury St Edmunds.
The site is outside the town centre and planning policy required that the application demonstrated no closer sites to the town centre were available.
Working with Merrifields Chartered Surveyors to prepare a sequential test ensured that the application was approved promptly before the tenant had to vacate premises elsewhere.
