Barn Conversion and Holiday Lets

Our advice was sought by a client who had recently bought a house, barns and holiday lets in a popular rural tourist area. He had previously been advised that development potential was low. To date we have gained consent for one barn conversion and the change of 3 holiday lets to unrestricted housing.
