Retail Development

Working for Rendlesham Parish Council and the Anglia Regional Co-op we gained consent for the change of use of a Parish Council building to a Co-op supermarket.

The planning application was preceded by local public consultation which gained valuable support for the proposal. The planning application required issues of access, protection of trees, loading and unloading to be addressed. This work resulted in a positive officer recommendation to the planning committee and an approval.
