Badingham, Suffolk

Evolution Town Planning were successful in achieving a local plan site allocation for 10 dwellings on an edge of village site in Badingham, Suffolk. The site has since been the subject of a successful planning application for which we provided consultancy services.

The key to success was our preferred approach of early and positive engagement with the local planning authority and the parish council which brought the merits of the site to the Council’s attention at an early stage.

The Council then supported the proposal through the development of the local plan making the subsequent stages of consultation and examination easier and cheaper for our client.
