Evolution Town Planning were successful in obtaining planning permission for a 2 megawatt anaerobic digestion plant at planning appeal in Aylsham, Norfolk.

Using our knowledge and experience of anaerobic digestion we were able to provide improved supporting documentation rebutting the Council’s reasons for refusal in a situation where the planning application had received significant public objection.

The technical matters were complex including highways and junction improvements, air quality and noise matters too. Using our experience of this technology we were able to deal with the planning appeal via written representations rather than significantly more expensive hearing or inquiry methods.
