2000sq m Vegetable Processing Building in an AONB

Evolution Town Planning were successful in obtaining planning permission for a large 2000 square metre (21,500 square foot) vegetable processing building in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. This was achieved without the added cost of specialist sub-consultants to cover landscape, noise or highways topics.

Using professional judgement we simplified the arguments so that this potentially complex proposal was dealt with by the council promptly and cost effectively for our client.
