Planning Approval for Stud Workers’ Houses

We have carried out work for several racing businesses in and around Newmarket. We have recently achieved planning permission for four new homes on a stud near Wickhambrook in Suffolk. This provides high quality accommodation for staff working at the stud. This is important for studs in and around Newmarket as attracting good quality staff is difficult and high-quality housing helps businesses recruit and retain staff.

This application involved making a detailed case for the homes which was carefully scrutinised by West Suffolk Council. We have long experience of putting these types of application together so that they are robust and have the best chances of success.
