We're Hiring!

January has been a successful month for housing applications with many different types of applications gaining approval. We have gained planning consent for a 5 house development on the edge of a Suffolk village in a location outside of the development boundary by arguing that the site is sustainably located and that the development plan is out of date so the application should be looked at positively. We have successfully removed a condition restricting 3 holiday homes to holiday use only in order to allow them to be used for unrestricted residential use. This was a tricky application that required a detailed analysis of the viability of the holiday business to show that unrestricted residential use was the best outcome. We have achieved planning and listed building consent to convert barns and subdivide houses in rural areas to create new homes, gaining consent where other nearby applications had failed.

New applications are in preparation with an application to be submitted soon for 24 homes on the edge of an Essex village and other housing applications further afield in Kent and Yorkshire.
