Holiday Homes

We work for several companies in the holiday business on sites across the country. We have carried out this type of work for many years gaining consent for new holiday homes; lodges; and facilities. One of our longstanding clients has a site in Cornwall at Newperran. We have worked on this site since 2018, and have recently had consent granted for our fourth application. The recent application was for 48 lodges. Before this, we achieved consents for 128 lodges. The site is in a lovely position near the coast. The key to gaining consent was proposing a high quality landscaping scheme and we work with a landscape architect who is very experienced in this type of work. We can call on an experienced network of consultants who can advise on issues such as drainage; ecology; highways; and ground conditions, many of whom we have worked with for around 15 years. This experience means that we are well placed to ensure that projects run smoothly and that clients get a successful outcome.
