Five New Homes in Suffolk.
April 30, 2020
We have secured planning consent for five homes on a derelict garage site in Sicklesmere in Suffolk. The application required us to address Council Policies on the redevelopment of employment land. A case had to be made that the site was not viable or suitable for commercial development. A high density development was required to ensure that the redevelopment of the site was viable. Achieving this required detailed discussions with the Council to agree that residential development of the site was the best outcome whilst respecting residential amenity and securing a good design.
