Timely Approval Received for Agricultural Reservoir at Harkstead

We have gained approval for our client for an agricultural reservoir on land at Harkstead within a tight timeframe.
The approval was gained via permitted development rights which split agricultural applications potentially into two phases of assessment by the local planning authority; the first being 28 days and the second a further 8 weeks.
The planning approval was needed to support an application for EU grant funding to meet an impending deadline. It was necessary to obtain approval for the reservoir within the first 28 day period by providing significant levels of detail on landscape and archaeology matters up-front. This was achieved and the client is now free to make his grant application, with a little time to spare!
