Extension and Change of Use of an Agricultural Barn to a Dwelling in Cavendish

We have recently gained permission for the residential conversion of an agricultural barn to a dwelling in Cavendish, including a sizeable extension to the existing building and a new outbuilding.

Extensions to barn conversions are often restricted and this proposal did not gain Council support in initial pre application discussions. However, negotiations over the nature and design of the extensions which sought to replicate traditional features gained the support of the Council. A high quality landscaping scheme improves the agricultural landscape around the barn creating a setting of small fields and hedgerows.

The result will be a stunning new home.
