New Housing in Lavenham

Following careful pre-application discussions with the local planning authority undertaking local exhibitions and discussions with the Parish Council, planning permission has been granted for 25 homes on the edge of Lavenham.
The opportunity arose due to a shortfall in the five year housing supply in the Babergh District. Careful consideration of the adopted Lavenham Neighbourhood Plan and careful pre-application discussions ensured that the planning application was received and approved quickly.
