Planning consent has been achieved for a new facilities building, including a swimming pool, reception and restaurant, on the Colwell Bay Holiday Park on the Isle of Wight.
The building is part of a multi-million pound investment by our client in three holiday parks on the Island. The consent achieved a significant amount of development on a small site, in a short timeframe, to ensure that the development could be built in time for the new tourist season.
